Vonnie Majewski

Vonnie Majewski founded VM Real Estate in 2022, bringing with her decades of commercial real estate experience from across the nation.


She has built a personal and professional brand that is characterized by excellence in real estate brokerage, client responsiveness, and an astute ability to identify, craft, and close on a diverse portfolio of real estate opportunities. She has created a reputation for being one of the most aggressive and effective brokers in the market.


Vonnie has been involved with commercial transactions from Brunswick to Myrtle Beach to Atlanta, with an emphasis on retail, office, investment and industrial sales and leasing. She has represented several national tenants throughout South Carolina and Georgia. These include T-Mobile, Five Guys, Benchmark Physical Therapy, Massage Envy, Dunkin’, Domino’s Pizza, Subway, Pizza Hut, Budget Blinds and Jersey Mikes.

Vonnie’s performance for the past 18 years as a partner with SVN Commercial Real Estate in Hilton Head speaks for itself. She completed nearly $200 million in transaction volume and was recognized as a top producer for SVN International, making the company’s top 100 list every year since 2009. She reached the top 20 in 2020 and was the 11th highest SVN producer in 2021.

Vonnie was personally responsible for negotiating single transactions in excess of 54 million dollars and was honored as one of the “40 Under 40” emerging business leaders in the tri-county area in California just prior to moving to Hilton Head.


Her growth in commercial real estate has been steady and notable. Vonnie handled the site selection and portfolio management for the Prudential Insurance Company of America’s western region. She later managed the site selection for the entire eastern portion of the United States for Countrywide Home Loans. In addition, she headed the real estate department for Fremont General Corporation and its subsidiaries throughout the nation.


After mastering the corporate real estate arena, Vonnie spent some time with the brokerage firm Julien Studley, Inc. in Los Angeles as a tenant representative, negotiating a myriad of transactions throughout the Los Angeles market.


Vonnie left brokerage to become the Vice President of Commercial Properties for the largest developer in Santa Barbara, where she was responsible for a commercial portfolio in excess of 1.6 million square feet. In her role as a corporate executive, Vonnie formed trusted relationships with local business and industry leaders who sought her expertise and partnership.


Vonnie earned the CCIM designation in 2007 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Realtors. She holds real estate licenses in South Carolina, Georgia, and California.

Michael Penchansky

Michael Penchansky brings a rich and varied background to VM Real Estate, combining extensive experience in business development with a proven entrepreneurial track record. Prior to joining VM Real Estate, Michael served as Vice President of Global Business Development for a leading enterprise software company, where he played a pivotal role in driving international growth and fostering strategic partnerships.

His leadership was instrumental in achieving remarkable growth and significantly enhancing the company’s market presence across North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Michael’s career features a notable entrepreneurial milestone: in 2011, he founded Monkey N Middle, LLC, a tech startup that he led to substantial success. Under his guidance, the company developed a cutting-edge SaaS platform that transformed B2B ecommerce operations. This innovation not only facilitated over $1 billion in transactions but also attracted major clients and culminated in a successful acquisition, providing tremendous return for investors.

His expertise in digital commerce and business development was further demonstrated during his tenure at Kliger Weiss Infosystems, where he integrated and expanded technologies, and at Jones Apparel Group, where he delivered record-breaking sales growth.

With a career marked by leadership roles and strategic influence across various sectors, Michael has built and managed high-performance teams, implemented transformative business strategies, and driven significant revenue. 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Michael has deep personal experience in real estate as an active investor who owns and operates multiple rental properties across the country, providing him with valuable insights into various types of real estate investments and market dynamics.
